If one of the fruits are out of stock or not fresh to be delivered, Buy996 will swap it with an equivalent or higher value fruits for our customers.

Our Free Delivery is on every Tuesday and Friday (cutoff time at 2pm). Please make your order accordingly to receive your items on time. (Example: Any order before 2pm on Tuesday, items will be delivered on the same day. Any orders after 2pm will be delivered on Friday).
** Our Free Delivery is limited to: Sri Petaling/Puchong/Bukit Jalil/Petaling Jaya only.**

For any special request such as same-day delivery, please write down your request clearly in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the ‘Checkout’ page. Buy996 will assist to arrange your special requests subject to the availability.
Note: Customers will need to pay the delivery rider directly with Cash upon the retrieval of the items purchased on our website. Delivery charges vary based on the destination and the time of delivery.
